Purpose & Description:
- Primary role in reviewing and assessing viability of listings applications
- Assisting with ongoing monitoring of compliance with Listings Requirements
- Must have extensive experience working in a listings and/or financial market environment
Description:
- Your understanding of the JSE listing requirements enabling you to apply and enforce vetting of documentation in relation to:
- Initial listing of securities;
- Additional listing of securities
- All corporate actions as per the Listing Requirements
- Rulings and requests for dispensation
Requirements:
Experience with relevant accounting systems
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Excellent Interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Proficient with Excel, Access, Bloomberg, Reuters and reporting tools.
- Must be willing to work effectively independently, as well as in a team, in an open floor environment
Qualification & Requirements:
- Financial qualifications and experience essential
- CA and/or CFA or similar finance qualification
- Knowledge of IFRS
- Having been a Financial or market analyst advantageous
- EE preferred.
Minimum of 5 years post articles experience in Corporate Finance / M&A / Valuations / Financial Modelling essential
